I see you. You may have been through heartbreak and intense emotional pain. I am amazed at your courage, your strength and bravery to come through what you’ve experienced. It’s time to have empathy for the little girl you were and the suffering that you have endured over time.
 
With each step that you feel your own emotions, say NO to things, act on your own feelings and observations, you moving closer to your truth. One step at a time.

Feeling difficult or intense emotions, heartbreak, or tender vulnerability is not a sign that you are broken and that you need to be fixed, but that you are alive. Feeling difficult feelings is hard for us, but our ability to feel our feelings and be with them is an important part of feeling and being alive.
 

We will explore slowing down so that you can gently and safely turn attention toward the present moment while simultaneously tuning into your experience of the present moment- whatever that may be.

We will curiously explore aliveness in your experience- sensations, energies and feelings. We’ll also be inquiring into your thoughts and images, taking a look at what seems true, and then experiencing what’s actually true. We’ll explore barriers to experiencing wholeness, and useful resources in developing kindness with your experiences- especially with those that you tend to turn away from.

Something new is possible for you, and you don’t have to feel anxious or afraid. Changing your nervous system response to fear and long-held trauma, allows you to access your vulnerability, truth and feminine energy – slowly, in time – in a safe and loving way.
 
You don’t have to carry old feelings of abandonment, loneliness or anxiety – about yourself or your relationships – you can move through feelings of collapse and helplessness, creating new responses, so you can feel empowered in your body again.

Together, we will get real about what you truly want (you may not know this), what you need (to feel loved and less afraid), and about your experience as a woman who wants to feel more grounded and present in your body and your life.
 
We will move through the invisible threads of fear and doubt, and you will began to discern a quiet, unwavering voice of love inside you. Asking you to remember who you really are – to claim your inherent worth, and act accordingly.
 
You will begin to live a life led more often by love than by fear. Guided not by other’s expectations of you, or your ego’s idea of who you should be.
 
If you find yourself in a panic, wrapped in someone else’s agenda, you can learn to find your way back to what’s true for you with more ease, and with a love inside of you that keeps expanding.
 
You will recover your own voice – finally hear what is true for you in each moment, and not hesitate to give voice to it.

Relational, somatic (body-focused) sessions allow you to move through painful, confusing feelings in your body, and recover active responses, so that you can feel empowered. Together, we will uncouple feelings of fear, stuckness and immobility, to allow you to come back to life – to feel in the flow of your life – emotionally and physically – in your body, mind, and heart.

Through genuine care, deep practice and relational, and body-focused understanding – one-on-one sessions and workshops are a safe space to move beyond your thoughts about your life to the beingness of you, and to connect with your truth in the sensations in your body.

We breathe. We practice loving ourselves, and each other. We refuse to judge each other or ourselves and by accepting all that we are.

We listen. We devote time to go within together and hear the voice of the soul at least once a month. We experience the truth that we contain our own answers.
 
We share. Truthfully. We hold space for each of us to get real about our experiences as women. We believe that healing is hearing the truth that exists within us, and loving ourselves enough to live in alignment with it.
 
We remember. Together. That we are never alone. That we are each keepers of a light so rare and singular. That we are each the embodiment of a love that is here to heal the world.
