What’s the Message of Your Anxiety? Free Yourself.
You are blazing a trail that has never been traveled before – it’s unique to you. Deep within you exists the courage to be all that you are.
Often, we feel alone during our journey – and it doesn’t have to be that way.
It’s possible to create new patterns, and experiences within your body, mind and heart, to create a new ways of being and feeling in the world.
You are certainly not alone.
When we feel anxious or uncomfortable, we may do whatever we can to distract ourselves away from those feelings and our experience. If you are quiet—and you listen with your heart— you can tune into the inherent messages of your anxiety and other difficult feelings and emotions.
Slow down – be curious and ask yourself, what’s happening for me on the deepest level?
When you learn to tune into the messages within yourself, you will begin to hear what’s truly happening in the deeper parts of you.
Many of us are chronically tense and stressful feelings have taken over our day-to-day experience – so, it’s more important than ever to become quiet and turn towards yourself to cultivate a path of deeper listening.
When you turn towards yourself and allow yourself to be supported, new ways of being in your world begin to develop.
You may be searching for a way to feel more calm, peaceful and centred in yourself. To feel that you not always running, striving or turning away from yourself and your true needs. When you reach out, you can learn the power of this moment, and understand that you are meant for something more than day-to-day struggle – or feelings of anxiety or confusion.

I have faith and believe in you, regardless of what has happened in the past.
You will understand how creating a new relationship to yourself – your body, your thoughts, and your heart – can allow you to create a new version of freedom and reality in your life.
You must let go of the old, automatic patterns and ways of being, and this takes awareness and deep understanding of yourself. Feeling safe, calm and grounded in each moment is to live a life of freedom – to define your own steps forward and create your own unique way of being and relating to others in the world.

- In a chair – sessions can address emotional struggles, chronic pain, and relationship concerns, and support during life transitions. I use a variety of methods, including verbal dialogue, Relational Psychotherapy, Integrated Body Psychotherapy, Embodied Mindfulness and somatic practices. (in-person or via Skype)
- On the floor (thick padded mat) – sessions are a hands-on form based on body-systems work, somatic movement therapy. Movement sessions can address chronic pain, holding patterns that cause excessive tension, injury recovery, energy system imbalances and emotional blocks.
