Sometimes we feel depressed or anxious and we’re not sure what to do.
We may talk to our friends and family members to try to sort out our feelings, and we may we feel better for a little while, but we may be left feeling misunderstood, sad and alone.
It can sometimes feel confusing to feel depressed or anxious and not know the reasons why. Your feelings may last for a few months and then go away or they may have been around for a few years or more.
