Many of us have vague, uneasy feelings that we are not living our heart’s desire. Or our purpose. Or living up to our potential. These feelings may nag at us year after year until we can no longer ignore them.
We may not know what to make of these feelings, and we may choose to ignore them because they don’t seem important enough to pay attention to. The voice inside your head tells you that your work, your kids, dinner, chores, your spouse and everything else is much more important than paying attention to this feeling, so you may continue to ignore it.
Many clients say that they feel unclear, unsteady, unsure of themselves, unable to make decisions and feel blocked from feeling things in their lives.
They come to me and they wonder out loud, WHY do I feel this way? The short answer is that they did not pay attention to the feelings that nagged them and asked them to pay attention.
The voice inside us knows our heart’s desire and it speaks to us in feelings as a way of asking us to pay attention.
Over time, and a deeper UNDERSTANDING and BELIEF in yourself, you can learn how to listen closely to what your inner voice is telling you, and you can act on the messages that you receive.
When you are able to listen closely, understand the messages you hear, and take action with confidence, you will feel lighter, brighter and happier.
For now, for the first time, you will truly know yourself and feel good about what you’ve found.
