Stop Being So Hard on Yourself…
I see how you struggle, and suffer. You cry alone in your car, in your bedroom, and in the shower. You just hurt.
Did you know that being kind to yourself is the first step towards everything in your life that you are hoping for?
It is.
Do you feel beaten down by an inner voice that is so demanding and difficult – that you never get a rest from it?
This voice reminds you that there is something wrong with you and you better fix it. Fast.
The voice says terrible things about your body, your relationships, your job, your kids, your family and your life. It is merciless.
Right now, you may believe every word that this voice tells you. And you may feel that you need to escape it in any way that you can.
You may find ways to escape and distract yourself – you might starve yourself, or binge and purge, or drink/get high on a daily/regular basis. You’ll do anything to stop hearing the voice that tells you – you are not ok.
You are not alone in feeling unworthy – so many clients experience the pain of their perceived deficiencies.
It doesn’t have to be this way for you.
What you may not know is that the voice is YOU.
Is it time for a change?
You can finally awaken from this trance by learning and practicing self-compassion and a mindful approach to living and loving in your life.
Working together, you will bloom by connecting directly with your vulnerability. You will learn how to actively care for yourself, and even the parts of yourself that feel unlovable – and you wil begin to flower.
We will speak directly to your feelings of insecurity and unworthiness by noticing what’s happening for you in each given moment.
Together, we will recognize what’s happening for you now, then allow the experience to be there, just as it is, be curious about it and wonder, then notice the awareness that comes from not identifying with the experience.
When trying to find peace through self-acceptance, we will add breathing exercises and meditation to the process, so you can connect more deeply with yourself.
I look forward to being with you – and helping you develop a loving relationship with yourself – a relationship that you will carry with you long after our work together is done.
