Rebuilding Your Life

November 29, 2013

Are you hurting?

In transition?

Mourning the loss of a relationship or a job?

Suffering with an illness?

Pain is nature’s way of telling us that something in us needs to be healed. And while you’re feeling the pain, you’re anxious to get on with the healing.

If you’re like many of us, you probably have some destructive patterns of behaviour that you’ve had for years – maybe since your childhood. Understanding yourself and your patterns, and making changes can be challenging — that’s where I can help.

While you are in a love relationship, gainfully employed or experiencing good health, you may have felt comfortable enough that you felt no need to change. But now you’re experiencing pain, and you want to know how to feel better.

You can use the pain as motivation to understand and learn and grow. And you can transform yourself and your life along the way.

Rebuilding your life, healing your pain and changing your perspective, is a rewarding process, and most of us can’t do it alone. We need a partner to guide and support us on our journey.

Your pain has provided you with a message that the old way of doing things is no longer serving you.

Even if you have no idea which way to turn, in time, you will learn new things about yourself and your situation, that you had no idea existed.

Along your journey, you may feel uncomfortable and afraid. That’s ok. You are supported. You will also gain a new sense of yourself, that you didn’t feel was possible.

I will be both supportive and active, as you need me to be. I will also remind you how far you’ve come, so you can be sure that you won’t fall back a few steps along the way.

I look forward to holding your heart during every step. The journey is worth it.

When I came to you I felt confused, disconnected and broken. Now, I'm on my way to feeling whole. Thank you.

I’m so glad I’m giving myself space to explore what’s happening in my life and to understand my feelings.

I've wanted to do this for a while and I'm so glad I did - I trust myself more now, I feel more calm and open - working together has changed the course of my life.
