Emotional Pain & Suffering

November 13, 2013

Your emotional pain and suffering doesn’t mean that you are flawed, but is a sign that allows you to pay attention.

You may feel fear, anxiety, sadness, or anger on a regular basis and wonder why you feel the way that you do.

We will take time to understand your emotional pain together and increase your understanding of it, along with your awareness of yourself, and your relationships with others.

Your pain may make your feel exhausted; burned out and closed off from allowing loving energy into your life to nourish you and help you grow.

Emotional pain does not have to last forever.

We work together to help you understand and nurture yourself, and to let love in. You can feel more alive and connected to yourself and to others than you ever have in your life. You can feel free.

When I came to you I felt confused, disconnected and broken. Now, I'm on my way to feeling whole. Thank you.

I’m so glad I’m giving myself space to explore what’s happening in my life and to understand my feelings.

I've wanted to do this for a while and I'm so glad I did - I trust myself more now, I feel more calm and open - working together has changed the course of my life.
