Living Your Fullness at Every Age – Expand Your Aliveness – A Healing Process for Women – Turn Towards Yourself, Lean into Body-Held Survival Responses, Attune to Your Needs and Your Deepest Longings – Rest in Your Wholeness – Trust Yourself – Somatic Healing Happens Here.
You have been holding everything together. Even in moments of calm, your body doesn’t fully let down.
There is a hidden cost. Over time, the strain accumulates. Sleep becomes lighter. Hormones shift. Migraines or digestive issues surface.
You tell yourself you’ll slow down eventually. But your body is already asking for something different. You may already understand your patterns. You’ve reflected deeply. You’ve made connections.
Insight alone doesn’t always change a nervous system shaped by chronic stress or trauma. When the nervous system reorganizes, the bracing softens.
This is structured, depth-oriented work. For those ready to refine how they live, work, love and relate.
If you’re ready to stop working harder and start working differently, you’re in the right place. We work directly with how stress and trauma patterns live in the body – helping your system settle, reorganize, and respond from steadiness rather than chronic overdrive.
This work is about less striving and more ease.
Less bracing and more alignment.
A life that feels powerful without costing you yourself.
The body often carries these patterns together through long-term adaptation. The nervous system reorganizes around survival.
Patterns of immobilization, depletion, inflammation, and dysregulation can continue long after overwhelming experiences have passed. Symptoms can offer important information about what the body has needed to do to survive.
Listening through the lens of nervous system physiology, attachment, biology, and somatic experience opens new treatment possibilities.
I believe that this path is available to everyone. The greatest suffering we experience is the severing from our authentic self, and the loss of capacity to be with our direct experience. Most of our searching on the spiritual and personal growth path, is an attempt to come back to it.
This work supports you to feel more ease through deep embodiment, the immense gifts of slowing way down, how to lovingly hold and transform your story and become a master of our nervous system.
Somatic touch work – both in-person and intentional touch on Zoom – focuses on helping each person regulate their nervous systems and access deeper layers of safety, embodiment, and connection. Grounded in gentle, attuned intentional touch, this approach supports the resolution of developmental and attachment trauma by engaging the body’s innate capacity for repair and resilience.
By integrating somatic touch into my existing modalities, I bring a more nuanced and holistic approach to my work with clients—one that honours the intricate interplay between mind, body, and emotion. Whether through conversation, movement, or mindful touch, my work continues to create pathways toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and embodied well-being.

Let’s take time to build an emotional container of resilience and expand your nervous system capacity to be with all of their emotions.
I’ve been reflecting on how we can intentionally shape the life we are living, so that it supports our well-being, values, relationships, growth and peace – rather than just reacting to outside circumstances or chasing external validation.
I want to support you to curate all aspects of your life and live your life consciously – creating a life of balance, nourishment, truth and fulfillment across different aspects of your life.
This also involves editing life over time – choosing what stays and what goes – including the friendships, habits, work, routines and thoughts that support the person that you are becoming.
If you want to create a life that feels good on the inside, not just a life that looks good on the outside, you are in the right place.
More and more women want to live in a way that deeply supports your well-being and who you truly are.
The biggest regret of the dying is wishing that they had the courage to live a life that is true to themselves, not the life that others expected of them.
What about you? Are you living what is true for you?❤️

Whole Body Mental Health & Well-Being from the Inside Out.
Deep healing at the level of the nervous system enables you to explore and expand your inner landscape where self – confidence and inner agency reside. When you heal your nervous system, you can more readily access deeper ways of knowing and being that include intuition, imagination, sensuality, and the subtle body of emotions.
ONLINE MONTHLY GROUP SOMATIC INTEGRATION CLASS FOR WOMEN – BEING HELD – ALLOWING YOUR BODY TO YIELD, REST & UNFOLD – ZOOM CLASSES
For each session, allow yourself to lie down on a couch or a bed, finding comfort with supportive pillows and blankets; and not looking directly at the camera to bring ease to your nervous system. We can practice being present and held together.
This is a practice of integration and supports you to integrate trauma patterns held in the body, so you can feel more ease in your life.
These sessions are not just about the act of “rest” but the implementation of consistently offering our body a safe space to explore its needs and negotiate safety within. To attune to yourself and pay close attention to your sensations and emotions. If you’re someone who has always struggled with rest, maybe finding it hard to ever slow down or not stay busy, this is vital for you. It’s not about getting your body to “calm down” or to even fully “rest” right away, but to show it a consistent place to safely land when its ready to and how it needs to. Consistency is what matters here and can be profound for our bodies.
Monthly Exploration Themes include: Cultivating Self-Compassion Through the Body – Touching Grief Through the Body – Cultivating Rest & Safety Through the Body – Exploring Inner Stillness – Resting the Heavy Heart – Resting Tired Eyes, Shoulders, Jaw and Head – Overfunctioning, Fawning and People Pleasing, Orienting Towards Ease & Pleasure – Releasing Unconscious Body Contracts & Noticing / Letting Go of Protective & Defensive Body Patterns.
This group will support you to focus on yourself, prioritize your well-being, your needs, your boundaries, your growth – and ask you to consider deeper questions of the soul – what truly nourishes you? What is already supporting you? What is missing? How can you fill up your body, mind and heart with the deepest parts of you? What are some rituals, practices and actions you can take to get closer to what is unfolding within you?

Every body is welcome – I’m so looking forward to being with you. SOMATIC SEXUALITY HEALING & FULL EMBODIMENT SESSIONS – I’ve been expanding my offerings to include more specific work about being vulnerable and intimate in relationships, and creating a new relationship with your own body, sexuality and pleasure. You can begin to notice how your body responds when you slow down enough to acknowledge her. Place a hand on your heart, belly, shoulder, pelvis, or anywhere else that wants connection. A quiet hello. Check-in before making a decision. Speaking to yourself gently instead of overriding yourself just to get through the day.
Allow your body to notice your thoughts and decisions are coming from love and care. Let my body know: we are choosing what is next together.
Embodiment is not about forcing readiness. It’s about relationship. Consent. Listening. Gentleness. Moving at the pace of the nervous system instead of the pace of expectation. Practice including yourself more fully. Especially the parts of you you’ve spent years disconnected from.
There is warmth. Sensation. Juiciness. Aliveness. Your body loves to be included.
I think many of us are walking around disconnected from parts of ourselves that simply want acknowledgment. Not fixing. Not rushing. Not forcing. Just tenderness. Presence. Inclusion.
I want you to feel that you can bring pleasure, fear, confusion, longing, numbness, desire, uncertainty…all of it…and know it will be met with care and without judgment.
Meet for a series of focused, online sessions to help uncover, understand and practice noticing ongoing nervous system triggers that keep you locked in a negative cycle of conflict / avoidance that is very difficult to resolve. Your early developmental trauma and co-dependent patterns are very much at play in your closest relationships and we can understand and work towards healing:
1) Your individual early developmental trauma patterns – what got missed or neglected and why.
2) Your individual nervous system patterns, responses and reactions – and how you can do your own healing work to soothe and ease your responses and pain.
3) How your family of origin plays a very significant role in your relationships now, how they do, and to work towards a healing program for your relationship, and for each person in the relationship.
4) Be with Relational Wounding & Defensive Accommodations when it shows up in your relationship – and how this effects emotional & physical intimacy.
5) Be with and Face Hot Button issues when they arise and cause conflict.
6) Take 100% responsibility for yourself in your relationship.
Our feelings, bodily sensations and relational patterns are clues to what is being held in the unconscious – so we must be present to them. Conflict can give us the opportunity to awaken out of the conditioning that we are a separate, disconnected self.
