I am available for sessions of 55 minutes each. Longer sessions are also available at any time, so when scheduling, please ask.
Each session is an opening – a time to feel supported, understood and connected.
Fees are payable by cash or e-transfer before or by the end of each session. I can provide a receipt for each session for tax or insurance purposes; please ask for one.
Psychotherapy is not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), but it is sometimes covered by employers and healthcare insurance plans. I encourage you to check your plan for coverage for services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). I will provide you with a receipt upon payment, which you can submit for reimbursement from your insurer.
Canada Revenue Agency has recognized the cost of psychotherapy services provided by Registered Psychotherapists (RP) as a medical expense eligible for tax credit, and can be submitted for a tax deduction on your annual income tax.
