Do you take time to listen to your heart?

To really listen – without turning away from what you hear.

Something remarkable happens when we listen intently to our body wisdom, and let go of the thoughts that loop around and around in our mind.

The truth rises.

If you want to let go of struggle and connect to yourself again or maybe for the first time.

Take time to listen to your heart and allow yourself to be seen.

Come out of hiding.

It’s a step towards letting go of your fear and pain.

It’s time.

The choices you make in this moment are the predictors of your future.

Only you can make the best choice for you.

You can receive support along the way to help you learn to listen to the truth in your heart.

Ask yourself, what’s happening now?

When you sit in your pain, confusion, anger, sadness and allow yourself to be witnessed, you are transformed.

Something changes from deep within you.

You let go of the fear that you’ve been holding on to so tightly to within the depths of yourself. And you begin to trust yourself again.

You know you are safe – the trauma of what happened before is over.

Break through and let go of old patterns and start living life on your own terms.

When we step forward into our fear, we realize that we don’t have to fear right now. Your fear happened before and you are still holding on to it.

Are you ready to let it go?

To listen to your deepest truth and let your aliveness out into the world.

Your inner work is your purpose.

To break the cycles of the past, and step into healing and purpose.

Nurture your own inner feminine by allowing yourself to be seen – and to be guided by the truth of your own heart.

When you feel disconnected from yourself, you may feel a heaviness in your chest, your body may ache, and you may look for solutions to ease your pain outside of yourself.

You may cope with your feelings of sadness, anger, or fear – by overworking, being in unhealthy relationships, drinking too much, overeating, or suffer with eating disorders.

When you take time to feel and process your emotions – to allow your feelings to flow through you, you stay grounded an rooted in your centre.

Your feelings remind you about what’s happening for you – and you don’t have to stay stuck there.

Get in the flow of your life by feeling your feelings, and develop a deep connection to yourself.

A process you can practice every day to allow yourself to awaken again and again and again.

When you fall down and feel pain, get up and start all over again. Underneath your pain is a life of freedom, adventure and play.

Allow yourself to be inspired by your heart.

Be transformed. Bloom. Blossom.

Live beyond pain and fear. Know you are worthy. Trust yourself from a place deep within you.

Open yourself to give and receive love.

Surrender.

When you do, you will:

  • Awaken your feminine energy
  • Trust yourself more fully
  • Allow yourself to be mindful
  • Practice self-love, self-compassion & self-acceptance.

Making a life is as important as making a living.

You will find a craving for connection, a yearning towards intimacy and a calling towards living life more deeply.

Express it and serve it.

There is power in intimate connection with yourself and with others.

When you make one different choice for yourself, this can have an enormous impact as you move towards something new in your life.

Move beyond the familiar – leave behind your old beliefs and create new ones.

Begin again to transform your relationship to yourself, and pursue your deepest purpose.
