Greater wholeness doesn’t happen due to new insight alone. It requires that we have new experiences. Specifically, new experiences of safety, acceptance, presence and mirroring in relationship to others – in ways that have been missing in our lives.

Imagine devoting time to yourself – to releasing inherited hidden family trauma and letting go of long-held emotional patterns – so that your energy can flow freely inside of you.
 
This work combines body-focused somatic work and awareness, blends powerful body-focused practices, revolutionary experiential family systems processes and fresh insights which will lead to lasting change.
 
Just as we inherit our eye color and blood type, we also inherit the residue from traumatic events that have taken place in our family. While our physical traits are easily discernible, this emotional legacy is often hidden from us.
 
Anxiety, fear, financial worries, depression, illness and unhappy relationships can all be forms of our unconscious inheritance. Unresolved traumas, some going back two or three generations, can ensnare us in feelings and situations that don’t even belong to us. They can forge a blueprint for our life, and we can even pass this onto our children. It doesn’t have to continue. It can end here.

Inherited and ancestral trauma patterns can shift when focused attention and awareness is brought to feelings in the body and going back to the past to heal the root cause(s)of emotions and symptoms.
 
We meet in-person or online on Skype or Zoom for Family System Imprint Session(s) – 90 minutes that are designed to reconstruct your most essential relationships – including the relationship you have with yourself. Our sessions connect the missing links you’ve been most challenged by in your life – about love, work, connection, success and money – providing answers that have previously felt out of reach.
 
The most valuable step you can take right now is to reach out and get in touch with what’s really holding you back – so you’ll never find yourself in these repetitive patterns again.
 
If you want to release what’s limiting your relationship happiness or your confidence, you will need the full picture to find your solution. The partners we choose; the careers we find ourselves in, the habits we find most difficult to break – from how we prioritize self care, right down to our fears and phobias: all of these can be sourced from our family of origin.
 
Your Emotional Family Inheritance

You will begin to see the ways that you are holding myself back that you may have been blind to for a long time.

The more we choose to stay in a place of safety that is held by confines of our own spirit and ambition for our lives, the more trapped and uncomfortable we will feel.

Staying grounded in fear, does nothing but feed the fear and keep us stuck in places we don’t belong or have outgrown.

What if there were no boundaries? What if you had full permission to live your vision and didn’t have to hold yourself back?

During the Family Imprint Trauma Sessions, you will learn:

  • How you unconsciously limit yourself
  • How the limits were set on what you feel you deserve
  • Your repetitive patterns – including those thoughts that seem to loop as if on repeat
  • How your earliest experiences shape your inner relationship with relationships, love, success, money and community

Our work together will reveal the hidden dynamics that live in us as inner images, habits and, behaviors, pulling us out of where we feel stuck in life and creating space to recognize what is unconsciously guiding us. When we can acknowledge what influences our life and emotional patterns, genuine change takes shape, sometimes immediately and sometimes over time.

Imagine what could happen if you were no longer dealing with repetitive self-criticism, and instead were working with the root cause from which the major issues arise.

Our Earliest Imprint
 
Our most deeply ingrained lessons about how to be in relationship  with another develops in the womb. From the moment of conception we develop in relationship. The experience in the womb shapes the brain and lays the groundwork for personality and emotional temperament.
 
As an infant our brain is patterning after our caretaker’s brain, which is based on our caregiving environment.
 
Within a baby’s developing brain, we all have neurons that grow in direct relationship to the care and attention from our mom, along with her focus and attunement with our needs. Often what builds over time is the internal message of – I’m not safe or I’m not worthy – when receiving what our mom has given to us.
 
90% of brain development happens outside the womb and in direct relationship to our mom.
 
A lot of people feel disconnected from their mother’s and this makes it difficult for us to create bonds with other people, to trust life ~ especially in intimate relationships. Without a loving connection to one’s mother, we rarely feel a loving connection to ourselves or to others.
 
Its so empowering to know that these early life experiences don’t have to be lived out as a life sentence – we can change our relationship with our mothers from the inside out.

It’s a new year. Our lives are always expanding and growing towards the light. It may feel like time to do things you never thought you could do – to be a little more bold, and be the light that you are and shine brightly.
 

Relational Somatic Practice and Family Systems Trauma Imprint Sessions invite you into the practice of coming home to yourself, uncover deeply held patterns that are no longer serving you in your life, and to trust your own inner wisdom as you develop more self-compassion.

We will move through powerful exercises that transform not only the way you feel about yourself from inside, but also clear out what’s been getting in the way between where you are now and where you belong.
