Moving Rest - Somatic Movement practice is for those who want to unwind their habitual body patterns, rejuvenate their nervous system and heal chronic pain, illness and stress.
Movement and healing evolves from an integrated system in the body.
These classes introduce you to a process of self-inquiry that allows you to step more fully into the expression of your authentic self—and to allow your energy and health to flourish.
Through various movement techniques, mindfulness and breath, students will explore and get in touch with all of their senses & perceptions of their body and their mind, challenge their sense of power and agility, while intuiting their need for control, ease, and rest.
Ideas of embodiment, mindfulness & movement come together to access the deeper layers of health, flow, and nervous system regulation & integration.
This practice allows you to let go of stress, to unwind habitual patterns and to take time for you. Together, we will cultivate long-term vitality, deeper connection to self, and freer movement.
